Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Adrian Piwowarczyk, Barmer Straße 20, 58332 Schwelm, Germany, phone +49 176 41244630, email adrian.piwo@icloud.com) of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. During the withdrawal period, the electronic withdrawal function is constantly and directly accessible through the prominent Withdraw from contract control. After checking the details, you submit the unequivocal declaration using “Confirm withdrawal”. We acknowledge receipt without delay by email, reproducing the submitted details and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; no fee will be charged for reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services supplied up to the time you inform us of withdrawal compared with the full contract, where the statutory conditions for such proportionate payment are met.
